The GSS culture has enabled it to be an employer of choice for thousands of aspirants. GSS prides itself on its culture deep-rooted and manifested at all levels – we call this the GSS family culture. Our culture took roots in the way Mr. Goswami, our Chairman, wanted the company to evolve, the traits it should develop and the values it should nurture.
